Code of Conduct

Members must abide by the following Code of Conduct. There are no exceptions.

You are expected to attend all get-togethers.

All meeting attendee’s must PARTICIPATE in the discussion.  Simply sitting there and soaking up knowledge is unacceptable.

Having said that, you are in no way obligated to answer any questions you are uncomfortable answering.  Simply say you’re uncomfortable in answering the question.

Along the same lines, use common sense and good business judgment in answering questions.   Do not reveal critical strategic information.   Even though members are non-competitive, and all members agree to maintain confidentiality, and we’ve never had a problem, you never know who knows who.

We are extraordinarily serious about maintaining confidences.  When reporting back after the meeting, you are allowed to note the companies who were at the meeting.   But, we ask that you not attribute any comments made in the meeting to any company [much less any individual.]   We never reveal the names of members to any vendors [and only rarely to any corporate exec outside the membership.]
