Councils usually consist of ten Members. who meet online monthly [with Angellco facilitating], and sometimes personally. Learn how other companies handle the same problems you’re facing.
Each Member shares their knowledge and, in return, receives the cumulative knowledge of nine others. Ten heads are better than one. Monthly meeting Agenda’s are set by the Members of each Council.
